Twice weekly, the Milton Market Space comes alive, offering fresh produce and community vibrancy. Thursdays host the Mini Market, while Sundays feature Brisbane’s popular produce market. Tenants can stay informed about market times and precinct events via the Milton Green app, ensuring they never miss out on the action.
For those seeking an active break, the Milton Green tennis court provides a secure, well-maintained space for recreation. Tenants can book the court in two-hour blocks through the precinct’s booking platform, making it easy to enjoy a friendly match or a solo practice session during the day.

Waste Requirements

Access Cards
All access card requests must be submitted by downloading the spreadsheet below and emailing the completed form to miltongreensecurity@devsec.com.au and CC sean.donovan@jll.com. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
Please ensure each request clearly specifies the required access levels, as cards will be programmed accordingly.
Important Notes:
Base building access is limited to areas managed under the base building access control system.
Additional cards can be purchased at $50 per card.
Card programming incurs an additional fee of $10 per item.
Smoking Policy
Milton Green is a designated smoke-free precinct. We kindly ask all smokers to use the designated smoking areas located at the boundaries of the property: the corner of Little Cribb Street at the complex entrance, Cribb Street, and Coronation Drive.
Queensland enforces strict smoking laws, which prohibit smoking in enclosed areas, outdoor public spaces, and within 5 meters of building entrances. At Milton Green, this applies to our office buildings, food and beverage outlets, and the Markets. These laws cover all smoking products, including electronic cigarettes and vapes.

Cleaning Scope of Works
The base building cleaning team is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all common areas, including the lobby, toilets, lifts, car park, End-of-Trip (EOT) facilities, The Link, The Depot and internal walkways.
For tenants whose lease agreements include tenancy cleaning, the team also provides general cleaning and rubbish collection within the leased space, covering kitchens, workstations, floors, walls, and entry doors.
Any additional cleaning requirements within the tenancy can be arranged directly with the cleaning service provider.
For any issues or concerns regarding cleaning services, please submit a work order via PRISM, and the base building team will follow up promptly.
The Milton Green App

The Milton Green Community App is available exclusively to staff and will be accessible from day one of your building occupancy.
The platform provides access to a wide range of services and information, including:

Fitness class schedule and booking link
The Depot Conference Amenity Booking Link
Local news and additional tenant amenities
The QR code below will take you directly to the Milton Green community platform. We encourage all staff members to register to take full advantage of these features.
To access the platform, download the Milton Green App. Registration requires an approved work email address. Once registered, select your business and complete the necessary information to gain full access.
End Of Trip Facilities and Lockers
The End-of-Trip (EOT) facilities and lockers are available for use by all Milton Green staff and are accessible strictly to individuals holding a valid access card.
Please note that the primary EOT facility located at 30 Little Cribb Street is currently closed due to ongoing site development and is scheduled to reopen in 2026 (exact date to be confirmed).
In the interim, alternative EOT facilities are available within Basement Levels 1 and 2 at 135 Coronation Drive.
End-of-Trip (EOT) access is not automatically enabled on staff access cards. To ensure access is granted, the Office Manager/Tenant Representative must request EOT access when programming or updating an access card.
EOT Facilities Include: Toilets, Showers, Lockers, Bike cage, Amenities including towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, hair straighteners, and ironing boards.
Lockers are operated using a 4-digit, user-created code, allowing staff to lock and unlock the locker during use. Lockers are provided for daily use only.
Each Friday at close of business, all lockers will be cleared by the cleaning team. Any items left behind will be transferred to the Milton Green Lost & Found, which can be accessed via the Security Office.
Should you experience any issues with the lockers, please contact the on-site Security Team for assistance. The Security Office is located on the Ground Floor of 135 Coronation Drive and operates between 6:00am and 2:00pm.
Please note that base building management accepts no responsibility for items lost or left unattended within the EOT facilities.
Milton Green Retail
Located at 19–23 Little Cribb Street, Milton Green offers a retail precinct designed to complement your workday and lifestyle. With a variety of casual dining and takeaway options, it’s ideal for breakfast meetings, quick lunches, or relaxed end-of-day bites. Enjoy favourites such as Benny’s American Burgers, Porkees Vietnamese Deli, Sushi on Cribb, The Bagel Boys, and the rotating pop-up Birrunga Gallery, which combines a dynamic art space with food, beverage, and catering offerings.

Milton Green Parking
Each building within the Milton Green complex provides dedicated car parking bays available for lease to tenants. Basement height clearances vary by building and range from 2.0 metres to 2.3 metres.
Access to the car parks is restricted to authorised users with a valid access card. Access must be requested and programmed by your Office Manager/Tenant Representative.
Staff are required to park only in their allocated bays to avoid inconvenience or disruption to other users. Visitor and loading dock bays, located near the lobby area, are available for short-term use only.
For additional parking requirements, a Wilson Parking commercial car park is also located within the complex and is open to the public. Milton Green Work Orders and Operations
Prism:
- Using the Prism platform, tenants are able to conveniently submit service requests at any time through the web portal or mobile app.
- Increased visibility of target completion times and real-time status updates
- Improved prioritisation of requests to support faster commencement and completion of works
- Enhanced tenant satisfaction through real-time feedback and service ratings
- Stronger KPI tracking and performance management of building contractors
Communication and Escalation:
- To help us provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that all operational and tenant-related matters are first logged through Prism. This allows requests to be tracked and managed efficiently.

- Incident escalation: In the event of an urgent OH&S matter — such as leaks, spills, broken glass, critical power loss, or lift entrapment — we encourage tenants to contact the JLL Management team directly via email and/or mobile phone so the matter can be addressed promptly.
Project development services:
- Tenants considering a workplace refurbishment, fit-out, or broader project engagement may utilise PDS for end-to-end support, including consulting, design, project management, and construction delivery.
- Delivery models: Acting as the agent can reduce administrative burden and client risk, while also enabling an accelerated delivery program when appointed as the principal contractor.
Workplace Services:
- This service enables tenants to engage approved contractors, on their behalf, to undertake both ad hoc and planned preventative maintenance within their workspace.
- WPS engages contractors who meet all required industry standards, including OH&S compliance, SWMS documentation, and appropriate insurances.
- Tenants are only required to submit a work request via Prism, after which Building Management will issue the request directly to WPS for action.
Permits and Contractor Management:
- Tenants who wish to directly engage and self-manage contractors for any tenant-related works must notify the JLL Facilities Manager via email at sean.donovan@jll.com and submit all required permits relevant to the proposed works.
- Restricted works permits are required for access to base building risers and plant rooms. These permits also apply to any high-risk activities, including (but not limited to) hot works, working at height, drilling, cutting, and electrical isolation.
- Wet and dry fire permits are required for the isolation and de-isolation of fire systems, including smoke detection, sprinklers, hydrants, and pumps. All fire system isolations and de-isolations must be carried out by the base building fire contractor. Tenants are required to lodge a work order through the Prism work engine to facilitate this process.
- All permits must be submitted for approval no less than 72 hours prior to the proposed work date.
- Before beginning any work, all contractors are required to register as a Tenant Contractor through the JLL online portal (SinePro). Sign-in can be completed either at the Security Office on the Ground Floor of 135 Coronation Drive or via the SinePro mobile app.

The Depot
Our versatile and dynamic Depot Spaces offer more than a traditional office environment, providing an ideal setting for meetings, seminars, and events. The Depot is available exclusively to Milton Green tenants.
The space is fully equipped with integrated AV, a kitchenette, private meeting rooms, an outdoor function or breakout area, and two large private rooms that can be combined to create a complete Depot experience.
Rates vary depending on the number of attendees and the space required.
Bookings can be made via our Depot Booking Platform at miltongreen.com/bookings. This platform is also the easiest way to check availability, submit special room setup requests, and attach a purchase order for invoicing.
